Our diverse team provide training in a wide range of subjects which enable people to § Improve their own personal effectiveness – eg presentation skills and personal resilience § Improve the effectiveness of their interpersonal interactions – eg assertiveness and influencing skills § Develop their leadership and management skills – eg coaching skills and absence management ![]() We offer one-hour taster sessions, workshops that run from half a day to three days, and longer programmes which include masterclasses, experiential workshops, facilitated action learning sets, coaching sessions and on-line forums and support groups. Some of our programmes are ‘open’, so delegates benefit from building networks and sharing experiences with people from other backgrounds and organisations, and some are tailored for particular organisations or groups. For the latter, we work with clients to ensure that programme contents and delivery perfectly fit their organisations and match exactly what they want, and what they need. Funding Recently we have secured funding to support training and development programmes in large organisations in both the private and public sector. Although many funding sources are no longer available, we are very happy to work with our clients to secure funding to support their development activities where it is available. Courses There is no exhaustive list of the courses we deliver, but we’ve listed some examples below, together with those above, as a general guide.
