Training Taster Sessions

We are offering a limited number of half and full days of hour-long ‘taster sessions’ for some of our training programmes – each hour-long experiential workshop including theory and practical application, and ‘three top tips to take away’.

All you have to do is select a date and a mix of your preferred subjects from the following options:  

Free Meeting Room Hire

Our offices in Mathew Street can provide an incredible space for your meeting or workshop.  For those who’ve never hired our meeting rooms before, we offer a free two-hour booking – just contact us for availability.

If you have used our meeting rooms before, don’t worry, we also run a loyalty scheme for frequent visitors...  If you make four full or half-day bookings, you’ll get a fifth full or half-day booking absolutely free – and if you buy ten hour-long sessions you’ll get an eleventh hour absolutely free (and even a twelfth hour free if you buy all 10 sessions at one time!).

Also, we have secured 50% funding for our ‘open’ leadership programme for owners and senior managers who run small and medium sized businesses (2 to 249 employees).  

Our Red Door Development Programme runs over three months (January to March 2012) and is designed to enable leaders to move their business to the next level, and develop their leadership skills.  The programme includes:

§  Experiential workshops which support delegates in working on the issues within their own businesses

§  Masterclasses focused both on personal leadership and business management

§  1:1 and peer coaching to help leaders grow key skills and address development areas

§  The opportunity to participate in supported action learning sets within each cohort, to further work on ‘live’ issues for leaders’ own businesses

§  Ongoing support for 6 months after graduation through free-to-attend events and on-line networks

The total cost of the programme is £2,000 plus vat, and eligible businesses can access £1,000 of funding towards this cost.  If you’d like to take part, all you have to do is contact us with your details and we’ll enrol you on the programme and arrange for your funding application.
