Board room

Our board room comfortably seats eight people around a single table.

Costs are:

£85 for a full-day booking (9am to 5pm)

(special offer – buy four days, and get a fifth day absolutely free)

£50 for a half-day booking (eg 9am to 12.30pm, or 1.30pm to 5pm)

(special offer – buy four half-days, and get a fifth half-day absolutely free)

£25 for hourly hire

(special offer – buy ten hour-long sessions and get an eleventh hour absolutely free, or buy all 10 hour-long sessions at one time and you’ll get the twelfth hour free too!) 

Large Meeting/Training Room

This room is more flexible and the layout can be arranged to suit your needs.

It can comfortably accommodate:

12 people board room style
12 people in a u-shape
20 people cabaret style
30 people theatre style

The room contains a large screen and flipchart, and a laptop/projector can be supplied if required.

We provide snacks and unlimited tea, coffee, squash and chilled, filtered water for meeting delegates, and are very happy to arrange additional refreshments and any other ‘added extras’ you require.  Lunches can be brought on-site, for example if you’d like to work through ‘lunchtime’, and we’re happy to make bookings for you with local restaurants. 

Remember that our unique venue is right in the heart of the city centre, so we’re really accessible for public transport and there are car parks close by.  Meeting delegates might like to take the opportunity to hop across to Liverpool One for some shopping, and if they’re from out of town, they might even like to visit the Cavern!
