As part of our commitment to ongoing support for our clients, and to other professionals working in fields similar to our own, we run a number of network groups and events.

CPD Networking at the View Two Gallery

On the second Thursday of every month, we hold CPD Networking events at our premises on Mathew Street in Liverpool city centre, designed for professionals interested in personal and/or organisational development.

These events are structured to allow for plenty of introductions to fellow professionals (and we’ll help by putting you in touch with people you may be interested to talk to), and plenty of picking each other’s brains. In case that isn’t enough, if there is the demand for it we will arrange for some of these sessions to include a short 40 minute workshop on anything you’re interested in – it’s up to you!

8-10am events include teas/coffees/fruit juice and pastries, and 5.45-8pm events also include wine/beer and nibbles for those who want. Click on the flier to the left for the full list of event dates/times. 

January’s morning event and February’s evening event will be free, with subsequent events only costing £10.

A special LinkedIn group has been set up to provide members with an opportunity to keep in touch with each other for every day information sharing and real-time support.

North West OD Community at the View Two Gallery

We have established a North West OD Community for individuals with an interest or role in Organisational Development, which meets monthly, providing an opportunity for giving/getting specialist OD support (including discussing ‘live’ issues).  These meetings are either structured 8-10am breakfast events with pastries and fruit juice, or, depending on demand, more relaxed 5.45-8pm evening sessions with wine and nibbles (which may also include presenters discussing topics chosen by the Community).

Off-site Events

We are also involved in off-site events. 

For example, we presented at No Guru’s ‘First Monday’ event on the 7^th November – looking at how Appreciative Inquiry can be used to help achieve significant and lasting results.

We’re also working in partnership with the Merseyside and North Wales branch of the CIPD, and the Liverpool Chamber of Commerce to develop a series of Director Breakfast events for large employers in the region, that will provide a forum for challenging debate and consideration of the current ‘big issues’ facing organisations.
