Our Team

 CPD was set up in 1997 as a provider of high quality, bespoke training solutions and organisational development consultancy.

Over the past 14 years, these two elements of what we do have become increasingly interlinked and we now regularly work with clients from all sectors to support the development and achievement of their organisational goals, through the development of the people within those organisations.

So, our mission is to enable organisational success through people, and we do this by listening to our customers’ wants and needs.  We use what we know to work with clients to put together inspiring programmes which raise the bar in individual and organisational performance, and help organisations sustain improvements long after our work is done.

We call this process Diagnosis, Design, Delivery.

First we diagnose, listening carefully and understanding what our clients really need as well as what they really want.

Then we design effective solutions, working with clients to put together innovative and empowering programmes which help them to help themselves.

And finally, we deliver – implementing our programmes with integrity and enthusiasm, and taking great pride in what we do.
